Hi, just to say I have 2 boys with talipes, I applied for DCA but was refused.  |

my goodness that is some lent of time it takes did they tell you if granted it would be back dated to when you applied.

| Hi Dont' know if they back date it but when I got called to see their doctor I went through the whole business and then at the end she said that kids with talipes are not entitled to the DCA - I was horrified as it wasn't easy nearly begging for it when I was never going to get it - good luck let us know as it is just 300 euro a month ! linda |
